Speaking
Talks people are still quoting a week later.
Keynotes and workshops on practical AI, entrepreneurship, and building things that matter. 20,000+ audience members, 500+ five-star events, one TEDx stage, and a decade of making rooms lean forward.
Three talks I'm asked back for
Every booking is tailored, but these are the three I'm known for. Each works as a keynote or expands into a workshop.
The £8.3 Million Marathon
What happens when you quit the graduate scheme and build something that matters.
How three ex-city workers left their desks and built Uganda's biggest sports fundraising event: 20,000 runners, over £2 million raised, £8.3 million of local economic impact, and an exit that handed the whole thing to local Ugandan management. A story about courage, starting before you're ready, and what 'giving back' looks like when you take it seriously.
Best for: Graduate programmes, corporate events, entrepreneurship and social impact audiences
Good with AI
Practical AI for people who do not think of themselves as technical.
No hype, no doom, no jargon. I build things live on stage with the same tools your audience already has on their laptops, and show them what changes when you stop treating AI as a search engine and start treating it as a teammate. Audiences leave having watched real work get done, with a list of things to try that afternoon.
Best for: Conferences, leadership teams, SMEs, and anyone whose people are curious but stuck
The Second Brain
How I run five careers with a brain that loses its keys.
I lecture, coach, teach AI, advise on finance, and run a business, with a naturally scattered brain that forgets anything it can't see. The honest version of how: I delegate my memory, admin, and follow-through to AI systems that don't forget. Funny, personal, and immediately useful for anyone drowning in their own to-do list.
Best for: Productivity and wellbeing events, HR and L&D audiences, leadership offsites

Formats
Keynotes
From a punchy 20 minutes to a full hour with Q&A. Tailored to your audience and theme, never off the shelf.
Workshops & away days
Half-day and full-day sessions where people build, not just listen. Especially popular for teams getting hands-on with AI for the first time.
Panels & hosting
Moderating, MCing, and panel appearances. A decade of hosting live events, including full-day conferences with 100+ people in the room.
Virtual sessions
Live and interactive online talks and demos for distributed teams, run with the same energy as the in-person version.
The practical bits: I'm based in London and travel anywhere, my AV needs fit in a backpack, and every talk is shaped around your audience on a call beforehand. Fees depend on format and audience, so ask. If you want me to coach your speakers rather than be one, that's over here.
From the audience
Henry is one of the most engaging speakers I have ever met who is dedicated to giving.
Karis Gill
Edinburgh University
I'm still psyched from Saturday's start up conference that you hosted and captivated over 100 people for almost 6 hours! Bravo.
Andy Oyegoke
Startup Saturday London
Session was amazing, been buzzing about some of the concepts and spouting about it to everyone I have spoken to in the last 2 days.
Gerry McCreath
Managing Director
Henry is a brilliant speaker and very encouraging to get up and do good things. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to get inspired to follow their dreams.
